your best bet is to email sites and make offers or you will bump this thread forever, when I want to buy a domain and I email people hey whats your asking rarely any success but if I name numbers I almost always get responces.

my advice if you see a review site you like you checked their se traffic their link pop. etc you checked the amount of reviews (all homework you can do without bothering the owner) you then email a offer such as my offer is 6X or 8X your monthly net and ou make it clear how fast you can have the cash to them, you make it clear you have a escrow account and can close within days of verifying their numbers.
