To me the second season wasn't as good. We really liked the first one but the second one had way too much filler with repeated scenes and set up drama.

Ohh. Have only seen the first episode of the second series so far, It is very anoying when they keep on repeating scenes you have already watched, They did the same in the first series but apart from that I love watching it

At fist I was excited watching the first season, then it dawned on me...

THIS SHOW IS FUCKING BORING, constant over hype of everything that can go wrong but never does gets old, at least the deadliest catch can back it up with stuff happening.

Ah...I watched it on the History channel..the deadliest catch is deep sea fishing guys.

I like both series actually, made me white knuckled with the captain getting sick. I heard him on the radio a few months ago, I hope the next season goes well, but it also shows how much we over fish too.

Ah we do have the history channel but we rarely watch it as my misses is the one that holds the remote..most of the time anyway, will have to see if im allowed to watch The deadliest catch, sounds pretty good

Yea the history channel is starting to annoy me with the "drama" shows. They had a good hit with the crab fishing show, but now it's like they are trying to reproduce that in all these other dumb shows like ax men and monsterquest..

Hell even "Dogfights" they glamored up for TV.. Half of the stories they reproduce in that show are un-accurate and glamed up to make for better TV.. They need to stick with "real" history and get away from this drama BS..

I saw one episode of the axe men and never watched it again. I thought it was total crap
