Actually it's pretty easy. Gently lift the ball upward in a vertical line and click when the mouse cursor changes to the "hand" as it passes on its way back down.

You can freeze the ball, hang it up in the RIGHT upper corner, and go with the mouse outside the field. You will see it is very easy, i changed it 3 times, but then my cat walked in nagging for meat. So time is up
