whats the legal issues with cam videos
 

Any issues with posting webcam videos, that are already on youtube, not ones that belong to sponsors, but just people posting them dancing, etc.

Using youtubes embed of course.

I don't think there are any issues. Many webcam sponsors specify this when a new model sign up for them. So the models sign the papers for the sponsor and they are agree to use some videos as promotional content on affiliates sites / other sites.

not talking about like vids from cams.com or webcams.com etc, just general girls dancing on cam

At the end of the day it's on youtube - it's their responsibility, you shouldnt have any legal issues. Unless it's obvious the girl is under 18 or you posted it on youtube yourself.

In my experience, several "cam" videos are actually videos that do belong to larger cam sites you mentioned, fris. People just rip off the credits etc. Last year, we literally had thousands of instances of this happen to us on youtube. It's ridiculous.
