are there any credit card processors that allow you to make & affiliate program with them, like for your adult site, you have other webmasters who use you as a sponser, get someone to sign up for your site and track that, what kind of program do i need for this, im good with designs, just suck with coding (cgi,pearl,php exc...) PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

CCBill, iBill and several others do this although they are somewhat limited on how you can pay your affiliates. Most only seem to over partnership deals, if you want to pay per-click, per-signup, or per-active you have to do it yourself.

Well, if you are not in the UK or US CCBill and iBill will not process Visa for you until you setup a UK or US presence for your company...If you are located in the US or UK, you must pay a $750 registration fee to process Visa.

Globill doesn't matter where you are, you can process all cards from them...They have a great affiliate program that is very easy to setup...You can do pay-per-click, percentage on signups and rebills...It's completely controlled by you.

They are fast with support and have great Customer Service for your customers =)
