Payment processors
 

I'm looking for a mainstream payment processor.

Looking for a few things:

SMS
Telephone Bill (either premium line or pin code)
Credit Card
Debit Card (particularly laser card for Ireland)
Direct Debit (via Bank)

Anybody any idea's, tips?
