Yep, a stroke is no fun. Mine hit the left side of my brain, which can fuck up different things, in my case I still had my analytic mind, my creative mind, my long term memories, but imagine waking up in a hospital and not knowing anyone, or what you do for a living or what you've done with your life.
Yeah, I'm back, memory no. I've looked at 5 yrs of emails and icq's and all the content i have, bunches with me in it....blank, it sucks. All I can do is deduce and figure out that this or that happened or didn't. Talent, some cute ones, but I don't remember the good, bad or fucking awesome experiences that went with them.
I say i;m retired because i'm still figuring out the next step, but i do have my creative side and from what i've seen that's whats made me $$ in the past. I do see folks mad at me and those that defend me, not sure if i am or was a good guy or bad guy.
Responded to this thread cause I'm still trying to figure out where I was/am/could be in this biz. Reading past emails, icq's etc. it looks like I was the the guy for 'the party' for shows. Not hooked up for that now, but I do have local friends that can make a party fun.
I'm not doing a booth, not doing the show, but hey, the palms is close to my house and i'll be at the bar by the sports book tomorrow night. My apologies if you come up like an old friend or enemy and I don't know you, but i'm willing to brave the challenge of finding out who is who.
