something we learned along time ago, ticket really is the only way there.

you can catch them online usually, but tickets go the fastest. and we have 4 lics + all options :)

Tickets are the way to go... remember, they're a software company, not a host! If you want 24-7 fast support it could never be $150 per month. :)

Yup, looks like we caused our own delay.

Spoke to AJ today and he informed me that while they were doing the install, we were on the other side messing it up. Doh!

Anyhoo, all is well now and have a wonderful install. Elevated X is pretty bad ass for those who don't know. Kicking myself in the ass for not jumping on this a long time ago.

It is quite nice, for sure!

For all those interested, we have some very compelling entry level bundles which include ElevatedX.

DWB and Redshoe - the 2 of you have to be the most anxious motherfuckers we've encountered in a while LOL. You're the 1st Elevated X client to submit a support ticket before their software install was even finished :)

For what it's worth I checked the timestamps on your CMS install request tickets and I see that the longest you waited on a reply from during the entire install process was about 48 hours.

Thanks for coming back to post again and clarify so people didn't get the wrong idea and think we went missing or were ignoring our clients...

We're glad your install is done and everything is squared away now. :thumbsup

AJ, again. super sorry, and thanks for the install. ElevatedX is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by everyone that we talk to that has it. And yes, we're anxious. It was like going to the RedLight District, seeing all the girls, and not being able to fuck any one of them. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh
