Top Cash Terminates Per Click Program

Top Cash will be terminating their per click program due to "excessive fraudulent activity".
I wonder if they just cant honestly make that program work anymore :1orglaugh

there are too many cheaters in alliate - you can just IMAGINE how many there are in pay per click. I don't blaim them at all.
