Loan me your grunt worker
 

Im looking to outsource all my clipping (cutouts). And I want the greatest grunt worker/s alive.

I want to be able to reach them on icq 24/7, with a reply within the hour.
I want to be told my work is always next in the queue and will be delivered in hours not days.
I want a reasonable fee per image. Im not into exploiting people but i wont pay for shit either.
Yes--im asking alot i know.

So far none of the outsourcing companies have replyed to my email or turned their 24/7 live chat on. So i turn to you fellow GFY'ers who is your grunt? How great are they?

Were are the grunts when you need them?

maybe, just maybe, 24/7 on ICQ is a little too much, since they have to rest/sleep as well?

Im still looking. Ive found a company that offers $3.50 per image for clipping path work.
Id rather search around, miss out the sweatshop managers, go str8 to the man himself and pay $2 per image knowing that hes getting 100% of my fee.

But if your fast, $2 a image can be a reasonable hourly wage.

I dont want to hire a worker by the day/week/month. Im just looking for someone who can "slot me in" :P
