This was the worst start to the NEW YEAR I have ever had
 

What a crappy start to the new year , we have all had flu in our house Im just geting over it now as is my misses and two kids. I felt so crappy my nose is so fucking sore from blowing it and I still have a slight headache and a very sore chest from coughing , but starting to feel a lot better now. This flu really got to me as I dont often get sick, So many people over here that have caught it, My poor mom is in her 70s and she has been suffering from it too, So I also had to keep an eye on her, as it has affected her a lot worse..great start ..it can only get better now...I hope..

That sounds like a bad cold not the flu, anywho... Good luck and hope you feel better.

Me too. Got a problem with my neck/throat and the doctors are clueless at what it is. Last thing I need is a hospital stay. Was planning a few holidays. LOL

I am shitting so much lately my ass is sore from wiping it. It's also pretty hairy so the shit gets stuck easily.

Sorry to hear that mate - so far I have avoided this - all my staff have had it, my family, my parents etc...I hope I have not tempted fate by saying this...anyway Happy New Year look on the bright side, things can only get better!

Hope you are feeling better soon. So far, we have managed to skip the flu thing people are getting. I guess that is part of what comes with such little social contact when you work from home.

Thanks mate. What sucks is them not knowing what's wrong. Had a camera down my throat yesterday and spewed up, not way can I be gay. LOL

After what seemed an hour of the doctor sticking this thing down my throat and him and the consultant looking at it on the screen they told me they can't see anything. :Oh crap

Thanks I feel a lot better already, You know what us men get like when we get sick..lol We always make it out to be worse than what it is...so my misses says anyway. I was more worried about my mum than myself because of her age, It really hit her bad, but she is on the mend now so its all looking good. I guess in a way you are lucky that you havent had much social contact, its safer to stay indoors atm..lol

Mine has been pretty shitty also :(

It seemed to be all over the place. I spent from the Friday after Christmas through the whole new year with bronchitis, ear infection, fever and coughing up blood. My big New Years Eve was moving from my bed to the couch. I just started feeling human again Monday morning, just in time for work.

Get well soon man. Good thing I have started the new year in a good one. Everything is just fine and hope that this would continue to a lot better.
