I'm looking for programs that are on nats and pay affiliates on upsells.

Please tell me you really mean up-sells and not cross-sales. I have a sneaking suspicion you don't though.

Nope, I'm just concerned with members area upsells right now.

We promote our other sites in the members area which are in the same program and affiliates get credit for those sales as well. If there is a way to share the one other site I promote that is not owned by me I would do that too
