I thought this was a little interesting. I found a program that will pay you $.50 for every visitor that clicks through and fills out a simple two line form consisting of their name and email address. They also pay $15 dollars for every person that signs up for one of their services. The great thing is that you can advertise it on any type of website that you may run, even a porn site!
