Hmmmm, I'm wondering why an established program would start an entirely new program rather than just adding sites to their existing program. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

same content, different names. though not sure how effective it will be once everyone knows who they really are.

They do not seem to worried about being known for who they are, on the mofo's site

They also notified members - I had a stuffed crosssale a while back and they emailed about Mofos and when you cancel they sell you PornPros :error

but cant you xsale to your own sites?
if so that would be a good reason to start a new program
