Trick would be to make it more useful on several fronts.
Like be able to search for sites by niches, payout types and ranges, mail friendly, by promo tools, and all that jazz. Then also add in a way to search for their payout names via checks or epassporte.

Those are some decent features but not the point of the site. Point of the site is for contact information. Whopaidme tells you who sent you the check but everyone is always pleading for contact information. Address, Phone numbers, list of reps.

You should make a monthly cronjob that sends out a email, and then they need to click a link in the email to verify the data is still up-to-date.

Otherwise the date will be worthless after a few months
