I got an email from them a while ago saying they would be out of the office until Jan 5

As some of you may be aware our next payment period finishes within that time frame. We will try out best to ensure that payments will go out on time, but we are unable to guarantee the processing times due to bank
holidays and so on. We expect all payments from the period ending 12/31/08 to be processed before 01/07/09.
