i have been with oxeo for about 5 years....not one complaint about them at all

Yeah it works on both services mentioned, use the virtual number and CIV2, make sure your address and names match as well.

When did you try? Last month Epass's merchant and linkpoint were not talking and 99% of the transactions were declined. This has been fixed on epass's side and now merchant and bill epass cards again.
