Transmit for MAC users... how do I...

How do I save profiles? I just got the program, but don't know how to save my sites so I don't have to type in the host, user and pass each time.

Thanks.

On the right side, above "their" window. Click Favorites next to Connect. Once you're at that window you can use the + buttons below to add accounts.

Transmit is garbage. Finding a decent FTP client for mac was tough. I think I tried all of them. Nothing was ever as good as FlashFXP on Windows but Filezilla was pretty decent.

If you code at all, check out Coda too.

cool, thanks. I'm a simpleton though. I don't code shit. My skills are limited to HTML, and a very little CSS. So all I need is something that will take my html and put it online. :)

I tried going complicated once, it's not for me.

i used to use transmit, i have used fetch for a super long time now, really good little program, great guy who designed it. bit of trivia, he was on who wants to be a millionaire years and years ago, and used the money he won to get his software off the ground.

I over-complicate things whenever possible. It's job security for me. :1orglaugh

Cool. At least he used it for good. I interviewed a porn star a few years ago, who was flying to LA from Colorado on the weekends to shoot, takes the money and buys land and homes in Colorado. She was doing a B/G/G scene and then a little after she told me that her scene partner shows up. The scene partner walks into the house slams her phone shut and says, "MY MOM DONE FUCKED UP ALL MY CREDIT"

Point is, some people use money for good, and some don't.
