My place smells like 100 dead sheep
I'm cooking tripe soup, have been boiling the tripe for 4 hours already and it looks like it's going to take at least another hour, tried burning some candles, opened the windows twice even though it's snowing outside - nothing helps, the awful smell is everywhere!!!!
I hope it's worth all the effort |
I know exactly what tripe is and I can't believe anyone eats that shit.

stop shagging your maid!!!!!!
Pour some pure vanilla extract in a small pot and slow heat to a simmer
eeeeeeeeeewwwww...I ate menudo once and couldn't keep it down.
Thats nasty but the peanut butter sauce some people put on it is good.
I NEVER cook.
I consider cooking a waste of time, when you cook only for yourself. |
Isn't tripe that white honeycomb or scaley looking meat product?
I don't know what's more disturbing, that you're boiling tripe or that you know what 100 dead sheep smell like.
Smell makes up like 90% of taste doesnt it? Good luck with that, hehe
Beef tripe is usually made from only the first three chambers of a cow's stomach: the rumen (blanket/flat/smooth tripe), the reticulum (honeycomb and pocket tripe), and the omasum (book/bible/leaf tripe).
