sleeping sucks
I tried doing the 9a.m. to midnight last week. nope could'nt do it.
I'm back to the usual 10a.m. to 4-5am. I'm gonna give it a shot again tommorow. I doubt I can but I gotta try. My eating habits suck. Is 4am dinner or breakfast? |
Man, you got weird eating and sleeping hours but then again, 90% of the webmasters here probably are similar.
You'd feel better if you have a normal pattern! :) I'm usually 2AM ~ 8:30AM sleeping. |

I do the cycle, go to bed an hour later wake up an hour later
I'm at 6am to 1pm right now |
I'm working on the 2pm to 6am shift at the moment.

i go to bed at 22:00 and wake up at 08:00 - feel myself very good.
I used to go to bed at 4am and wake up at 11 AM - was feeling myself like total shit all day |
Just got my warehouse/offices and now i have to get up and go somewhere! I am not used to this. I usually sleep from 4am to 11am/12pm. but woke up at 9am the past couple days. Its 2:22 now and im going to hit the sack so I can get up at 9am. I have this wierd deal with having to sleep 8 hours. probably all in my head. Time for last bongrip and off to dreamland! :stoned

I agree with most webmasters here, you feel better with a normal sleeping pattern. My pattern was for about 5 years somewhere from 4AM till I woke up somewhere at noon. Since a couple of weeks I try to get back to a normal sleeping pattern which is pretty hard, but I must say I feel much better now. I also do some sports since then. And Hey ! the shops aren't closed anymore when I go there :winkwink:

Here's my schedule:
Wake up whenever my eyes open, and I don't fall back asleep. Stay up until I can't keep my eyes open anymore, no matter how much coffee, Mt. Dew etc... I consume. Eat when I remember to, or when I start having a Hypoglycemic feeding frenzy. Every once in a while, get up to go walk around. Stretch my Carpal Tunnel hands out when they begin to cramp up. Go hang w/ the Gfriend sometimes. That's about it. |
