Just curious: Why are the "sleeping" sites different than the "rape" sites?

They are both fantasy but if you are drugging them or fucking them while they are sleeping against their will, that is RAPE in any state or country.

I don't have an agenda here, I like them both, just curious what the difference was.

pixovore 01-02-2009 08:43 AM

sleeping means: by surprise wile as she was sleeping

rape means: she gets raped wile she s not sleeping, she is aware of what happens to her + doesnt want it.

CaptainHowdy 01-02-2009 08:44 AM

It's a great point, DWB!

The sleeping sites have a "consentual vibe". It's different (from the standpoint of a women) to fantasize/dream about getting "raped" (The "sleeping site" scenes tend to look like dreams or girls pretending to be asleep in the presence of a man/partner) than actually getting raped (or actually admit she would like to get raped/coerced).

V_RocKs 01-02-2009 09:03 AM

You could say, in terms of the fantasy, that while she was getting raped she started to like it. The same as she is sleeping, she gets fucked, wakes up and ends up enjoying it. You can also break into someones house and start to rape someone while they are sleeping.

I don't see a difference between the two.

If you penetrate someone be it against their will or while they are sleeping, it's the same regardless of what the outcome of her enjoyment may or may not be.

I just don't see where and why the lines are drawn here. Again, I like them both, just something I was thinking about.

SteveHardeman 01-02-2009 09:12 AM

I don't think it's exactly THE SAME but I see your point.

webmasterchecks 01-02-2009 09:13 AM

the content can be the same, but its how its presented in the text. if its clear that she is aware/consenting, then its not rape. however, if its a guy walking down the street and sees a sleeping girl through her bedroom window and has sex with her, that is rape.

EscortBiz 01-02-2009 09:15 AM

all about how its presented, I was pretty much the first in that niche with a real site and have the most content in that niche and the site seriously converts every type of traffic, if you look at my site and its mostly lesbo youll see its far from rape www.sleepingtushy.com

IllTestYourGirls 01-02-2009 09:29 AM

I had a gf that would tell me to fuck her after she falls asleep. She loved waking up getting her pussy fucked.

Yeap, thatīs the point. Itīs very important difference the fact that in rape scenes there is a fight of wills, itīs aggresive, itīs forcing. With spleeping girls donīt happen that, itīs all passive actitude.

SykkBoy 01-02-2009 10:45 AM

for the most part the "sleeping girl" niche is more of a voyeur niche, but somewhere along the lines it went from being about an innocent girl sleeping with a few body parts sticking out and maybe a removal of covers...but it became more about this type of site with sleep molestation.

brassmonkey 01-02-2009 10:49 AM

i think it depends on if u have permission to hit it anytime or if its somebody drunk and passed out

The distiction is fine and complete BS, but I think its based on the absence of violence/pain/obvious force in the sleeping stuff.

I know BDSM usually stays away from showing insertion, the mix of pain plus hardcore sex has long been a no-no.

Great post. As a program that runs 2 sleeping sites I can say the difference is how the content is presented. Our flagship sleeping site, Night Invasion, is all based on consensual sex. The storyline of the site as well as every episode description specifially describes how the girls like to pretend they're asleep, as a fantasy. We actually have had quite a few members complain about this because they want to think it's real, but our sites focus on the sleeping fantasy fetish rather than forced sex.

Odin 01-02-2009 11:00 AM

It isn't illegal everywhere to fuck a girl while sleeping. In Australia I believe it is legal providing there is previous consent for you to do such. It's like if your gf says to you sober you can fuck me if I pass out, and than you do it later that night when does that - it isn't rape. Rape by it's definition is having sex with a girl without her consent.

That defense didn't work for Jack Venice...

Hell, getting a head start when the wife's asleep is how guys married 10+ years have any sex life at all!

She wakes up horny and not focused on kids/cleaning/errands/groceries/cooking on her brain

Either that, or you get an elbow in the ribs!

I don't think it has to do with how it's presented.

One of the more well know sleeping sites had one of their movies on the tube sites. Basically a girl calls home to her mom, then falls asleep in her new apartment. Next you see a guy peeking in the window, dressed in all black like a burglar. Then he crawls through the window and has sex with her.

That doesn't see to be presented as consensual.

Either way, I have no problem with the sleeping sites as it's just harmless fantasy and sometimes the videos are even funny. But I see the point DWB made that the movie I described above is the exact same thing as rape.

skrinkladoo 01-02-2009 06:20 PM

My guess is its that soft versus violent theme.

Sleeping girls don't generally suck you off - but most of these sleeping chicks girls do.

Rape - like gun held to her head, crying, bloody shit - i dont know ... ppl like that shit, that alone creeps me out.

SomeCreep 01-02-2009 07:04 PM

Don't rock the boat.

Robocrop 11-11-2009 01:00 AM

Yea good point, do anyone run any fantasy rape sites?

AsianDivaGirlsWebDude 11-11-2009 01:28 AM

I just wanna know if it's okay to do a scene where the chick consents when the sex starts, but then falls asleep during the action? :Oh crap

http://thehostess.files.wordpress.co...runk-toast.gif

Not that I have ever experienced/shot that (twice)... :winkwink:

ADG

shimmy2 11-11-2009 01:55 AM

ADG she's clearly canadian. By the way dont most romance novels play on the whole sleep/dream affair... its female fantasy in most respects and sounds like a double standard to me. i have a sleeping video of ruby knox i'm using for a tour right now and its smokin hot

After Shock Media 11-11-2009 02:00 AM

I have said this before and argued what DWB posted.

To me it comes down to the following:
No consent = rape, No ability to give consent = No consent.

Also remove consent at anytime = rape.
Wife/husband/bf/gf/ do not have 24/7 consent.
Drunk/drugged people can not legally give consent.

JD 11-11-2009 02:42 AM

all depends on the context

sex69 11-11-2009 03:05 AM

Depends on the way it is presented and on the context

Dirty Dane 11-11-2009 04:23 AM

Well, if they signed a contract, and acting, how can that be rape.. and without consent? ... or if you beat stuntmen in a movie production, are any law enforcement going to arrest you for violence? :upsidedow

No cause you would have consent in both.
Though the stunt man is legally more protected.

Pleasurepays 11-11-2009 05:17 AM

what dumb remarks.

simple fact... if there is no consent. its rape. if a girl is sleeping, she can't consent to the act.

its not any more complicated than that.

you can't make the legal argument that she consented beforehand - there has to be consent at the moment of the act.

its depressing to think about how retarded so many people in this business are.

I think we are talking about sites. Fiction. Acting. So yes, its more complicated.
