When will scammers use common names?
 

Common to the region they are scamming?

I don't understand how this concept has completely went over all of their heads.

In the US... a name like Dr. John Smith sounds 100x better than Dr. Zumbabwe Otatengo

Shouldn't that differ according to how the scam is set up?

Strange.... my proctologists name is Dr. Zumbabwe Otatengo... what are the fucking ODDS on that?

Some scammers aren't so smart in the head.
