2. I am NOT looking for tubes with content you do not own the license to.
3. Must have some traffic, and PR.
4. Must be more than a year old.
5. You must provide screen shots for stats, traffic, referrals on all sites and claims.
6. Will consider smaller pay sites, assuming you own the content or license.

Please make sure that when you are sending me your sites, and BIN's you are including EVERYTHING I asked for.

Specifically, screen shots of...

1. Traffic past 12 months
2. Referrals past 12 months
3. Any sales claims. If you are claiming it made you millions. Screen shots.
4. If it's tubes, or pay sites. You must provide proof you have licensed content, and that it is transferable.

If it does not include these things, I will not consider them.

Make sure that you include what I am asking for when posting, or contacting me about your sites. Traffic referrals, and stats. Any sales claims must be backed up to justify asking prices.

Some of these have very high asking prices, and nothing to justify them.

I am not interested in "killer domains". Pay sites, and tube sites must be using legal, licensed, transferable content! Also, make sure that the scripts can be transferred (some TGP, LL, TL scripts are not). Otherwise, I am not interested.

I am still buying qualified sites.

Konrad is waiting to finish up a script I want from him. I have all the server specs done and Konrad has been on the case with the FLV. But first I need a design/CSS done. We are hoping to have it finished by Feb.

I have had a few designers drop the ball. He referred me to Zuzanna. I had her do a logo for me on a streaming radio site I am working on. But I have not had her do anything else.

If you have some examples for your friend, please shoot me links. I have just about every kind of work from banners, to CSS for multiple sites, splashes, logos, etc all need to be done.

Hardest thing I find in designers is consistency. They impress me at first, and fade from there on repeat business.
