Yes she is actually very thin from the waist up. Her legs and feet keep grow almost like the elephantman, Her feet are 6 times the size of a normal woman. They are talking about her having them taken off because they are a drain on her heart.

I saw the show a while back. Really amazing that she is so upbeat and has a smile on her face. The human body can do the strangest things.
