-the asshole who decides the curb is a better place for piles of leaves then leaf bags

-the very similar asshole who snowblows his yard into the middle of the street

-the asshole who does not clear the snow off of his car (except for a one foot by one foot port hole)

-the equally annoying asshole that clears the snow off except for the top, then when he speeds up...it's on your windshield

So you need an eating instrument to slow you down? Basically the argument you make for chopsticks is that they are not as efficient as a knife and fork, thus you will eat proper portions. Because if you used a knife and fork (or spoon) you would get way too much food in the mouth at one shot. That's just another way of saying what I said but making it a good thing. How about just practice self control?

And yes I eat a bowl of noodles with a Knife and fork all the time. You dont see Italians whipping out two sticks to eat some pasta.

Yes, the key words there are a fork and spoon. If two sticks worked better they would go that route. But over time people invented the knife and fork and what do you know, it works better.
