That guy is a douche. I hit him up needing to do a transfer into paypal and he flat out refused. Said he didn't know me. I said I'd send the ePass up front (surely that'd be standard practice anyways?) and he still said no.

If the epass funds were loaded with a CC then a chargeback gets passed onto him. If you clear an average of 10% then a single fraudulent transaction wipes out the profit (on average) of the previous 10.
