Best Flash Streaming Software?
 

I've heard some good things about Red5, but the install and implementation look way over my head.

I'm considering just pennying up the grand for the Adobe Flash Streaming Server software, as it looks much easier to install and implement and will likely save me days of frustration.

Anyone use either of these? Advice?

Actually, I'd be curious to hear others feedback about red 5. I heard it's performance sucks and has all kinds of issues.

I did some server side programming with FMS and now am starting to use Wowza. I'm liking the later much more. It is much cheaper, much more performant, and has more features.

ya? well Wowsa and Adobe are the same price at a grand.... but I need a solution that is relatively easy to set up as well since my personal programming knowledge is very limited
