Ignore all the fake profiles on their site and fake messages and profile views to get you to subscribe. myspace sues. Looks like they are atleast making their own profile and not phishing for accounts.

For the longest time I wasn't getting any Myspace spam at all, but the last few weeks I have been getting a ton of messages from fake profiles that link to sexinyourcity. I hope Brazzers realizes they are asking for an ass fucking on this. The adult industry may not have the balls to sue them, but Myspace will own their ass in court...

yeah they kicked the dog shit out of another dude/company not too long ago for spamming myspace

i think they sent a c & d to nastydollars and fling not long ago for this same reason

any case that has been in the news was from people phishing for accounts then using them to spam.
