Have You Ever Noticed 99% of Judges in Movies are African American and Usually African American Females ? I have no problem with it but I have the following questions/thoughts re: this.

A: What % of Judges are Black?
B: What % of Judges are Black and Female?
C: Is this perhaps the work of one Casting Director?
D: Are we trying to over compensate?
E: affirmative action ?
