I don't think that it is possible to fight with tube or similar sites _now_ - it is the same thing like torrents, user posted bullshit.

When NY and Cali states figure out the huge revenue losses due to people not being able to make money off movies, software and music you will see a serious change in the law, how long, well bump this thread in 6 months

Yeah, the situation where google is exempt from laws that we are not is
probably going to come to an end.

Tube sites do not generate any profit - they are just waiting when all other sites will die. We are on a some kind of round of run for your life lol
