Has anyone used them?
what do you say, are they reliable for billing?
Any of them accept Canadian webmasters?

i use multicards for dvd sales
and they are good, been using them for 2years+
and they accept canadian webmasters.

I am using them ofcourse but they are the last man standing ......it always helps to have redundency
