Good luck! I have to go with my kid first thing in the morning for speeding ticket #3. Georgia has laws (which I support) that are stricter on those under 21. If he can't get this lowered from 15 over the limit to 14 over the limit, he'll loose his license for 6 months. A part of me wants it to happen to get it through his thick skull to slow the heck down, but another part of me doesn't want to drive his butt 60 miles each way to school :Grrrrrr

Good Luck. I was in court on the eleventh I got 3 out of 4 charges dropped. Final sentence was 2 years probation without a probation officer. I was very lucky because the crimes I was accused of could have got me ten years.

Ok, so I had the option of pleading Not Guilty a second time and going to a trial, or pleading No Contest and resolving the matter quickly. I went with No Contest hoping i would just get court costs and no points. Not the case, judge says he's gonna give me points but he did give me the option to change my plea back to Not Guilty. So I went for it and they're going to send me another court date. Now the next step is to hand this thing off to a ticket lawyer and forget about it (which i should have done in the first place). :-P
