Awww, is that your new kitty? What's his or her name? If so, you gotta email me your mailing address. My mom gave me a three-pack of little mice with bells on them for my cat's Christmas present, so I have more than one to spare.

speaking about cats and mice.... does anyone have a RC mouse?
where can I buy one?

Yep. Supposed to pick her up this week hopefully, from animal rescue.

I will probably keep an eye out for another Siamese as well to keep her company. In this house, most of it is not being used right now, and hopefully she and a little friend will keep me company in between the gf visits. :winkwink:

I knew you would appreciate new kittie pee.

I have only ever owned Siamese cats since I was a kid, starting around 3.

I had a Seal Point, Chocolate Point, and the fluffy Siamese,... name escapes me atm.

Have lived in apartments and dorm rooms for past 15 years, so did not get one. Now, I think it's time for another one, or two. Plus, my niece loves cats. So it will be nice for her as well when she comes over.

I thought cats were a old lady type of thing? lol

I have always loved cats, we had a few in my family when I was growing up. I'm definitely a bachelor who doesn't want children, but my kitty Princess is my baby. :-)

I used to have a cat that looked just like that but was huge. Think it was a Burmese but that cat was so friendly. I think it thought it was a dog because it would follow you everywhere and it would literally talk to you. lol well in cat talk anyway.

It was also the only cat I ever saw that didn't mind getting a bath.

Yea that's what mine was.. They are a Persian and Siamese mix if I'm not mistaken. So their hair is longer than a normal Siamese. Was a super friendly cat meaning it liked people.

crockett 12-25-2008 10:56 AM

Mine was like this one but had blue eyes.

I think that was the last one we had. It still had all the Siamese markings, but it was fluffy. Kinda like a Siamese with an Afro.

My gf doesn't care for cats, much less Siamese. She tells me about some story she heard that Siamese cats will suffocate little babies in their sleep.

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

All of the Siamese we have owned have been very nice animals. Territorial, and personally, I LOVE their loud scary growl in the middle of the night.

When it gets warmer weather here, I am going to have to fence in my back yard with a privacy, wood, fence. It is chain link now, but I am surrounded by dogs. I figure with the privacy fence, that should give the kitties a nice play area during the day without the dogs barking and trying to get into the yard.

However, I have no issues with shooting someone's dog that comes on my property. I already warned the one neighbor. I do not care for dogs.

Cat or no cats. They can go shit in their owner's yard.
