Need designer for first solo site.
 

Shooting content for our first solo girl site. Any suggestions on quality but reasonable designers.
I hear a lot of talk about filipino designers working inexpensive.

I have still not seen ONE SINGLE filipino designers who made a design that converted. Being able to put something together in photoshop, have NOTHING to do with making a DESIGN that CONVERTS the surfers in to sales.

Whats the point of trying to save $500, when you will end up missing $100.000 worth in sales?
