I want to make one of those video ads for my dating site like adultfriendfinder's with the women on webcam. My question what video format does a flash person need to make these type of banners? How does Aff get the file size down so it can be used on adbright, etc?

I just need the requirements and a flash person to put it together.

Most common video formats are fine, they can all be converted to FLV. You setup the SWF to stream the video so it takes no more memory than a tube video.
