have you ever had problem with a affiliate manger and got so pissed off with them

and then contacted the big boss or owner of a company ??


i got a problem with a sponsor who is fucking around with a check that bonced cause they changed there name

so i sent back

the say they reissued a new one and sent out in JULY and i never got it
i contact them so many times asking where it is
but the keep given the run around and not answering emails

There are many AF managers that are total mongoloid jerks and that never should have been hired for the job.... I am tempted to mention some but nevermind.

this company had a great manger for years but they changed his job to someones bitch

ugh that sucks.

i help out several large webmasters...i think i have kept them with me for so long..that im a one stop shop...they just leave me a message and i go take care of it...no matter what program the issue is with.

reps need to be more proactive and treat their job as say a high end exec would at any other company....nothing is too small to be done.

If it's a check issue, it's out of the rep's hands and they are more than likely telling you EXACTLY, word for word, what they have been told to tell you including not answering your emails. If a check bounces and especially if they haven't reissued in almost 6 months, I'd go straight to the owner anyway. In fact, I probably would have done that back in July. Reps don't have control of the bank account - the owner's do.

Yep. Take it easy with the rep as he may be stuck in the middle. If that rep is not getting it solved ask for another or as for the owner/CEO's contact info.


Just before you go calling names and pointing the finger make sure you are in the right on it as well.

Too many rep's that have never been affiliates themselves, that's the biggest issue. I'd never hire a rep if he didn't have decent skills in traffic and sales generating. Knowing the traffic sources etc.

98% of affiliate managers are a joke.
