To all those who bought content from him, here is the deal:

He refuses to respond to my questions about him being Dave from Adult Content Solutions, INC. From what I've seen in the posts regarding "eye candy", his refusal to post his ICQ #, and the fact that he is selling 20,000 images for $50 I can only conclude that it is indeed Dave. It is his trademark to pull this shit. There was a debate a while back here on gfy about whether he is a scam, but basically after speaking with him on the phone about buying large amounts of content from him, I decided against it. I suggest any of you who bought content from him to do a search for ACS or adult content solutions. He was sued for wrongfully using plug-ins and one can only wonder about whether he actually still has rights to the images he is selling you. I invite you all to investigate the matter yourself.

Love-match, if you are not dave of former ACS, inc, I would like you to respond to this post, as you have refused to in the other thread.

I was curious about this content so I put my ICQ number up. He contacted me and sent me to a server with all the content.

There was a lot of bizarre stuff but most of the models looked like it was shot 3 - 4 years ago. For the amount of content it was cheap enough but I thought about it some more and since I shoot all my own content . $100 means one less blowjob for me :(

Hoepfully we will have an official answer in the very near future. As mentioned yesterday, I contacted Max Candy to see if LoveMatch was legally authorized to sell the content.

Just saw scanned contracts between him and the content providers. Seems to be all there including signatures. Just FYI.

As I don't use paypal, I did a logo design in exchange for the full content package from him.

Looks like it's okay. Contracts are all there with signatures as well as the 2257 docs.

I've not yet downloaded the content - just checked it out on that server.

I know quite a few people that have given you content to broker and they have never seen a dime.

He does have all the model releases and ID's so it's legit content in that way, on the other hand the guy who is getting fucked is the content provider. It is a very fine line you play.
