15% down at my network .

Any others ?

been down a bit since October for me about 10% on average. Some sites are up, but bigger ones that were getting a lot of SE traffic are down

Im only talking about last 48 hours , not before , maybe xmass vacations ?

Check your geo stats.. chances are what you might be missing is middle eastern and some of france..

One of the internet cables was broken for that region within last couple days and people don't have internet access..

Maybe they have bought in a congestion charge on the internet?
