Who makes the best banners?!
I'm looking for a good banner maker. Who makes the best? I want something that gets the most click, I'm not worried about getting traffic that converts.

tons of guys who do great work but that doesnt mean youll see your work in the next 12 months or without begging for it
do your homework on both quality qork and normal delivery times, like programmers designers are 99% junk work ethics |

What kind of banners you looking for? I don't claim to be a designer, but I know my way around Photoshop and if it's something I know I can handle, I'm game, pay after you receive your banners. :thumbsup
