Anyone know of a loft / industrial style apartment in the valley?
 

Nothing too modern, would rather have it a little rough.

Anything come to mind? Everything I'm looking at ends up being a high end fake loft or too modern. I'm thinking more along the lines of a "artist workspace" if there is such a thing around here.

Look around Sylmar. You will probably find the real thing.

I live in Thailand but I always keep an apartment in the states for when I come back, shooting, have friends come through... all of that. It's all a write-off anyway. :-) I have a place now but want more of an artist space rather than the usual apartment.
