Oh no, that almost makes me want to quit smoking pot. They're basically throwing anything possible out there to get people to think pot is bad these days. You know what I mean if you've saw those commercials that say when you buy pot you're supporting terrorism.

I understand that with everything (including breathing city air) there is a health risk. What I dont understand is why people wanna turn an issue of inhaling smoke into a pot / anti pot issue. Unseen world wanted an arguement / discussion in his previous thread and when presented with level headed discussion he just skips that part of the thread and quotes something off topic. He made an ignorant stereotype and now he wants to play the 'I was just warning people of its danger' because he was not capable of differentiating an herb and inhaling smoke into your lungs.

This is about as far as the truth as possible.

Marajuana is a WEED. Perhaps you've heard the slang for marajuana, "weed." This means that it will grow practically anywhere. So, why is it so expensive? Because it is ILLEGAL. Nothing to do with "because it gets you more fucked up" - if it was legal it would be nearly free because anyone could grow it anywhere - but what is more likely is that major corps would genetically engineer their own to super potent plants and then it would probably be comprable to cigs.

i've never met ONE pothead who thought it was healthy. The question is only in how UNHEALTHY it is... and seriously.. a joint containing the "badness" of 7 ciggies is nothing. For a starters most use bongs which filter the smoke.. and a joint is a few cones.. for your average person who might smoke on the weekend a few cones is enough (or too much depending on how strong it is) and filtered it's probably 5 ciggies worth.. so whats that - 5 ciggies a week? walking across a busy road in the city has the carbon monoxide of HALF A PACKET of ciggies..

This has me confused as well. Why the fuck doesn't the government allow the sale on pot and TAX it? They don't care cigerattes kill people cause it makes money. So why not money with pot as well.
