My first offical Mac post.
 

So I got AVID in the mail, and I ordered the MAC version I guess, because I fought this software for the past 2 days, and then I switched over to the MAC side of my machine and the fucking software loaded in like 2 minutes.

Is uhm.. all mac software this easy? I mean seriously.

This is the longest I've been in the mac side. I'm using safari to post this. This is my first official post on a MAC. I feel.... strange.

You will love your mac but I recommend using Firefox on a MAC, it's alot better than safari...

screen sharing is baddass the multi user webcam is baddass.. so far best chat client I wish everyone used ichat.....

I bought an HP and loaded OSX onto it. It does everything my Mac Pro desktop does, but for about 1/4 the price.

I still love my Mac though, just not the price it cost.

Agreed - I wrote my thesis on a Mac Classic, where "being online" meant being able to connect to other macs via AppleTalk :thumbsup

I have never owned a PC, so I can't compare, although I do run XP occasionally via Fusion.

I've just always liked using Macs ever since they released OS 7.6. Pre-7.6, Macs were a pain in the ass.

Not a fanboy, I just like them. Each to their own. It's what you're most productive on that counts.
