Making E-books

Hello,

I'm sure alot of you GFY'ers have created/written e-books before.

How did you make it?
Did you use any software?
Or just make it a .doc of .pdf?

Just curious as to what my fellow biz people are doing.

Knock it up in .pdf format and use Pdf Factory to do it, job done.
