How to destroy tubes. I am not kidding. This is how to do it.
 

Hire editor. Submit all of your full length videos to tubes with 2-4 second splices of Disney movies inside in random places. Tubes don't look at content.
Immediately ask why disney movies are in porno and send the links to the lawyers.

Tubes no matter where they are will be eliminated.

Fuck yeah. Or just make massive upload scripts that upload just about anything in enormous numbers. Just fill the sites with shit and keep doing it until they cant take it anymore. Im no coder but an automated solution is possible right? The question is who want to fight the fight and stay the course.

Edit: I guess they will just solve it by adding captcha, meh.

Here is an easier way. Uploads tons of 2-3 minute videos to them. lol. You should see the comments from the wankers there going nuts.

Umm they can just ban your ip for submitting a video, unless you have shitloads of proxys (which equals slow uploads anyway)

what might work....is releasing viruses on them...so people get to know....if you go to a tube site....you will most liekly be getting viruses

Get some of the hosts together that are against tubes. Setup servers where people can dump video to, and some sort of rotating ip system, and an interface that allows people to upload videos from those servers to the tubes. Make a ton of promo vids up that are 35 second clips seperated by 3 mins of black video. Make each movie 15 minutes or more, just with teasy promo stuff. Make a shit load of them and upload to all the tubes. Fill the tubes up with that content. Surfer will start to get pissed off if you could flood them that way.

But Brad, you are losing just as well. No matter what you sell, ( Paysite wise ) if you are the owner or the affiliate you are losing.

But I think once the tube sites are gone you will see that they are NOT as much of the problem as most think.

3. Report them for copyright, and 2257 violations.

Most of the big tube sites don't really accept submissions from users. They say they do but will never add them to the site.

I still think it's worth it to build a fund and buy a shitload of shitty Chinese traffic that redirects to their longest videos.

Yes i was wondering what is sense of 2257 law since it obvius not working considering big tube sites are mostly hosted in usa and nothing happening.

If you try to do that, it will take you too much time. And the tube site will ban you. And in the worst case, Disney will DMCA the video. But maybe they won't because they don't bother to look at porn tube sites. And they might not even consider 3 seconds copyright infringement. And if they do, they will figure out that you uploaded it in the middle of a porn clip of yours and go after you for uploading it. And then they will also sue you for defamation (destroying Disney's reputation by putting it with porn). And since the Communications Decency Act applies now the tube site won't be liable in any way (even if they knew of the activity).

YouTube have been sued about a zillion times - I don't think I've ever heard of a website user being sued for uploading illegal content. It's about 1,000,000,000,000 times easier for companies to sue the website than it is for them to (find and) sue the guy who uploaded the video to the website using an account registered under a free e-mail account etc

lots of illegal tubes are on legal adult hosts ....

youtube also spent millions in legal fees trying to keep their uploaders private information private
they fought every court order in the viacomm case.

do you really think an adult tube site will do that, especially for a "jackass" who is uploading just to screw with them.

Maybe but it's still very rare even in that case that the uploader would get fucked. The website is ultimately responsible for allowing the content to be published and if it's allowing numerous instances of illegal content to be published, the chances are the company sueing them would rather just shut the site down than file a shitload of different lawsuits against all the different uploaders - more expensive in both time and money. Besides, if you shut the site down, the uploaders can't upload any more (not to that site, at least).

Having said that, if an individual could be proven to be uploading illegal content regularly - large amounts of it - then I guess that might be different. But usually when individuals are guilty of doing that they get a slap on the wrist from the police, rather than an anal raping from a lawyer.

The large tubes don't allow instant user uploads, they all moderate very well what they post or decline

I think I am going to open a tube site of my own and give away free blowjobs from girls nobody knows and nobody will care because the only tube sites that are fucking everybody up have me giving blowjobs albeit not for free, but its still fucking you all over.
