I don't like the design/colors either but there is way more coding an integration that goes into it. 400 is reasonable considering coding and integration.

whats the bandwidth usage and cost a month and has the site made any money? also how many videos are in the site and how many are hosted by you and how many by others?
Also does the site have a dump toll for flvs and or mpgs hosted files?
