Fighting Internet Pornography Group on Facebook

My friend from back home joined this, I bet she doesn't know what I do! : )

Fighting Internet Pornography

Offering real hope to the tempted and addicted
Positions:

1. Pornography is ultimately harmful to people and relationships. Our goal is to help people in their personal battle against it.
2. Internet pornography can be especially tempting to view because it is anonymous.
3. We challenge ourselves to make a covenant with our eyes, not to look lustfully at another person (Job 31:1).
4. Being accountable for Internet use is a vital first step in fighting this temptation.
5. Accountability software ( www.CovenantEyes.com ) is a valuable resource for accountability partners who are fighting this temptation.

ACTION POINTS - WHAT IS THIS CAUSE ALL ABOUT?

1. If you are struggling with viewing Internet pornography, find accountability for your Internet use.

Make the Job 31:1 promise: "I have made a covenant with my eyes." Go to www.CovenantEyes.com and download a unique software that will monitor all your Internet use and email a detailed report to accountability partners of your choosing.

2. If you know someone who is struggling with this, help them find accountability for their Internet use (or become an accountability partner for them).

3. Invite others to join the cause: "Fighting Internet Pornography."

4. Email [email protected] to order FREE brochures about Covenant Eyes to pass out at your church or community group.

Stats on air:

- In one recent survey, 83% of Christian men and 78% of Christian women admit being addicted to regular consumption of oxygen. This is called "Breathing" and there is no mention of it in the book of Job so it must be against Jesus' wishes.

- In the same survey, 12% of those surveyed thought that oxygen addiction was a serious condition that requires a prolonged rehabilitation program in a treatment center.

- 3% of those surveyed thought oxygen was a new rapper. 1.2% of those surveyed thought that oxygen was a major cause of hair loss or obesity.

- 6% thought that prayer alone would rid America of its dependence on foreign oxygen.

- The #1 gas consumed by humans is air. Survey results indicate that this is due to high availability of air and only minor restrictions on its consumption. Respondents admit to consumption an average of four doses per day.

- All acts of terror have been caused by people who were under the influence of oxygen.

- Laws must be enacted to assist customs in stopping this oxygen from freely flowing into the country. "Breathing" cannot be tolerated in our wholesome society.

See? Anyone can make up stuff on the internets.
