whats the hottest handgun out atm?

Anything new and trick out lately? Went to a local gunshow this weekend, only came home with a few new switchblades.

Would like to find me a pair of handguns though, but don't seem to be able to find anything that I just love. A pair of gold desert eagles would be sweet lol.

Its funny, as bad as the economy and shit is, this gunshow was PACKED. Guess in times of trouble the market for bullets don't seem to be too affected.

Your posts have been really weird lately, first the snake, then the pizza, now handguns? You ok? lol

Gun sales have been way up overall since economy started to dip down. Sigs are always nice, I still love glocks. H & K are always a good buy too. :2 cents:

SykkBoy 12-15-2008 09:20 PM

I went to a gunshow this weekend as well and didn't come home with a gun, but did come home with exploding targets :)

something like this:

This guy is probably using the 5 pounder...I picked up a bunch of one pounders and am getting rid of some old non-working TV sets via some tannerite targets :)

I'll shoot my own video when I shoot these fuckers :)

handguns?

SkeetSkeet 12-15-2008 09:37 PM

jayman if you are seriously looking for a handgun it really depends on what you like ... i mean if you asked the question, "hey i am looking for a car what would you recommend" you would get everything from station wagons to hummers.

If you are looking for small compact to carry, Keltec 380 auto is what I personally carry. 6+1 is more than enough to get the job done, small as a wallet and can slip it in your back pocket and sit on it all day without noticing it. If you prefer revolvers, most stub nose revolvers are ok, few better than others.

If you are looking for handguns to carry a decent amount of rounds, you can go a few ways, I prefer compant and simple, Sigmas are nice S&W 9VE one of my fav's. One of the best guns you can get is a CZ. Hard to find but if you can, worth the extra $100, go with the 9mm.

If you want more details, I owe about 50 handguns right now in all different shapes and sizes from carry and compact to large and range guns. Love it, one of my favorite hobbies. If you are looking for a fun toy, not sure where you hang your hat these days, but a class 3 permit is available here in SC. Silencer and full autos are the shit. Handguns run about $5000-$6000 full auto and rifles around $15000-$20000. Silencers run around $400-$600 with a $200 per item tax. Can get you setup good the next time you are in town :).

handguns?

Keep looking at it and the accessories... its collapsible to a multi-cal handgun configuration...

jaYMan 12-15-2008 09:41 PM

I know the accessories are just unreal how trick you can make this gun look.

Might have to buy this.

Skeet, I'll take you up on that, might have to take a trip south =)))

JayAllan 12-15-2008 09:46 PM

I love my Sig 226. Great if you like a high capacity 9mm. It carries 18+1 with aftermarket clips. 16 with factory. It is VERY high quality.

HK is always good as well. :2 cents:

I never said hey it was the best gun out there, I said easy and simple. Hammerless, no external safeties etc.

Sig and GLLL.... GLLLo.... those should never be put in the same sentence. Glock is lethal tupperware..

H & K and Sig are both great combat proven weapons. H&K has a better grip to it. at least for my hand.

If you are looking for a matched pair of decent handguns, I would strongly suggest Kimber's Tactical II line.

I own a stainless TLE (Tactical Law Enforcement) RL II and I love it. It's the most accurate handgun I have ever fired. This is actually my second one. I traded my first one away but missed it so much I had to pick up another.

Sup Jay, I rock a sick Ed Brown I got from the "BOS", as fas as dope shit is concerned its the DOPE SHIT!!! but I carry the FN5.7, nothing better than having 21 friends in your pants to ensure you are on the winning end of the battle... oh yeah the FN is cheap too so you don't feel bad if you have to toss it lol.

I'm not a big gun nut but I'd like to pick up a nice pistol and start going to the range.
