Advertising paysites without popups

Popups are somewhat annoying to users. But which alternative exists in the US market? Is banner advertising working.

Or do people in the US work out private link exchanges or anything else?

Can you recommend some advertisement service that does not use popups?

forget about U.S. traffic, mostly freeloaders who don't respond to banners or pop ups. Redirect all U.S. traffic to Jesus dialer.:thumbsup
