Admin area still says they haven't received a fax... But I was not asked to send a fax. Did you send something to be able to accept Visa after the 15th? It seems only US webmasters need to...
I once saw a registration form popup which only asked if I want to continue to accept Visa or not, that was all.

I didn't need to fax anything just update my business information.

EU webmasters are not required to send a fax in. We will update the admin to make that more clear. Thanks for letting me know
