I hate shaving...

i only use electric, i cant afford the nice straightrazers, and the cheap ones fuck me up

They all have to shave, unless they pay $15 per signup or something like that. I have never, ever dealt with a sponsor that I cannot prove is NOT shaving by watching my stats.

But they HAVE to shave... I mean, you know that. It's no big deal as long as they don't turn the dial up beyond a reasonable point.

I just run a beard trimmer over my fizzog on a Friday/saturday before I go out - no more in-grown hairs, zits, rashes, cuts etc

I shave in the shower w/o a mirror, never cut myself.

I do have a question though... Does anyone else get irritated skin after shaving everyday for about a week?

I've found if I shave everyday, I start to get irritated skin... but, finally found a way to keep it from happening.

Once you're done shaving with hot water... Find the coldest water you can, and splash your face with it... then put on moisturizer and aftershave.

The irritation seems to go away.

Just thought I'd post this, as it has worked well for a while now.

word, i shave with just water too, i dont use shaving cream cause it irritates my skin. if you shave all the time you dont need shaving cream unless you wait a few days to shave.

I hate how shaving cream makes my skin feel afterwards like some kind of rubber. Never found a brand i liked. The skin on my neck is the only part that bothers me when shaving but it bothers me a lot, for a day i am literally a redneck.

What about those nice Bic or Gillette safety razors?

I prefer razor, but I get razor burn and that sucks. So I use an electric.

I have always wanted to get a shave from one of those old school guys that uses a straight razor and hot towel. I bet that rules.

I look at too much bear porn, cause I want a full on grizzly adams beard. I love old Civil War pics, those guys had some amazing beards going on. Beards rule.

there's a guy in vegas who still does that...I've been thinking about it....just for the sake of trying it...supposed to an amazing fucking shave........

When I HAVE to shave I use King of Shaves oil - you can see what you're doing and no razor burn. Trust me.

i wonder how often those old school barbars slip and cut you though. i would be way too nervous with some other guy shaving me.

I shave with a Mach 3 Turbo every other night.

Here's a tip to extend the life of the blade: after you finish shaving, pat the blade dry on your towel.

I've been using the same blade since Augest and it still works great.


By the way: Real men don't need aftershave.

I've used electric before, but you dont get that fresh feeling that you do with a blade.

Mach 3 Turbo fuckin rocks, it's the absolute best razor ever.

I use an electric phillips shaver.
It works great if I shaved the day before but kinda sucks if I haven't shaved in a few days.
